Books and other media
How to borrow
In order to check out books and other media, you will need a library card and a PIN-code. Simply bring a valid ID-card and we will issue a library card for you. This also gives you access to our computers and to the Internet in the library.
You may check out as many books as you like. The normal loan period is 4 weeks, but please check your receipt carefully for exceptions. For overdue returns, a fine is charged.
Books
English fiction has its own section. Non-fiction books are shelved according to subject, alongside Swedish non-fiction.
The library also provides literature in a range of other languages. If we lack books in your mother tounge, please let us know and we will be happy to order interlibrary loans for you.
Newspapers and journals
The library offers newspapers and journals in English as well as in other languages.

Library Press Display contains more than 500 newspapers from 70 countries in 37 languages. This database can be accessed in the library.
